Royal Mail 2nd Class – £3.50

Free delivery with an order over £50

Orders can take longer to arrive during busy periods (Christmas and public holidays).

Your order will ship within 5-10 business days from ordering, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified when your order has been completed and on its way to you. We ship all of our products from Staffordshire, England. Orders can be delayed due to national holidays or busy times with the delivery company.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier, UPS, unless otherwise specified.
Sales tax will be automatically applied at the checkout stage to UK customers.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase when it arrives, but if anything isn’t right, we are here to help. We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but we appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.  We are happy to refund your products within 30 days of purchase. Simply send your items back to us in ‘NEW CONDITION’ and we will refund your original payment method after receiving the item back at Aromas at No 4. If your items are not in ‘like new condition’, we reserve the right to partially refund. **We sadly cannot refund or replace items which have been used.** We will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please do not hesitate to contact us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible with details on how to return the item.
